2. Visual Nature & Measurement Disclaimer

All visual comparisons, silhouettes, grids, and differences presented by the tool are approximations. Compare Heights is NOT a medical, clinical, ergonomic, or certified engineering measurement instrument.

Silhouettes are illustrative graphic representations and do not claim to reflect scientifically verified body proportions. Screen display scaling varies by device and resolution and does not represent 1:1 physical real-world scale.

3. Public Figure & Celebrity Dataset

Height values associated with celebrities, athletes, historical figures, and fictional characters are approximate estimations compiled from public sources. They are included solely for casual illustrative reference and should not be treated as certified biometric records or definitive factual declarations.

4. User-Submitted Content & Names

You are solely responsible for any participant names, labels, or text you enter into the application. You agree not to submit content that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, unlawful, threatening, or infringing upon third-party rights.

5. Acceptable Use of Share Links

When you create a shareable link (/c/CODE), you acknowledge that the resulting page is public to anyone with the URL. You agree not to abuse the sharing system by transmitting automated high-frequency requests, attempting to flood database storage, or utilizing the share mechanism to distribute spam or malicious material.

We reserve the right to remove shared comparisons that violate these terms or disrupt service operations.

6. Service Availability & Limitations

Compare Heights is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will operate uninterrupted or error-free, nor do we guarantee perpetual retention of shared comparison links.

7. Intellectual Property

All software code, visual designs, graphic silhouettes, interface layouts, and branding associated with Compare Heights are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Users retain rights to their own custom text inputs and may freely share downloaded comparison images for personal and editorial use.
